A Good Encounter on the cards

Having won the first encounter against Afghanisthan with ease,India will now look to carry on their winning momentum.. On the other hand South Africa would like to open their campaign on a winning note..So the day is all set to have a clash between the top two contenders of this world cup..

Mix-up

India picked Ravindra Jadeja ahead of Rohit Sharma who was instrumental in bring Deccan Chargers to the Semifinals of recently concluded IPL. Will India again step in to the field with the same playing XI or will they bring in Rohit? These are the questions that would be going in the minds of Gary and Mahi

On the other hand South Africa too have the same sort of problem. They have the problem in their opening slot. South African squad has 4 openers viz Smith, Gibbs, Bosman and Kallis. Ultimately only two can open. Gibbs wil be one among them. who the other going to be? Will they drop Gibbs and pick the inform Bosman? or Will they open inform Kallis who was second leading run scorer in the recently concluded IPL?

Statistics Favour India:

India lead the head on head encouter by 2-1 against South Africa in T20I
When comes to T20 WC, they are on tie with 1-1 each.

When asked about their fatigue, Dhoni replied, "Most of our players look quite fresh, even after the IPL. This is something we have learned from the World Twenty in England last year. I don't think that will hamper our performances but it will be a big challenge."
This shows his confidence on his players.

The team that control their nerves ultimately triumph this encounter.
